Stalder Real Estate is a boutique brokerage based in Scottsdale, AZ. The company mission is to help clients achieve their financial and personal goals through real estate investment and sales. Founded by Joel and Andrea Stalder, this independently owned and operated brokerage specializes luxury home sales, new construction, renovations, and land development.
Joel Stalder
Founder/ Designated broker
Joel has been a licensed Realtor for over 24 years. In that time, he has gained valuable expertise to represent his clients at the highest level. He has extensive experience in residential home sales, residential land development, and new construction home sales.
Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Joel owned and managed a brokerage in Washington and Oregon before moving to Arizona in 2017 and opening Stalder Real Estate. Through the course of his career, he has had a hand in making sure hundreds of clients have had successful transactions and received the highest level of service.
Joel lives in Scottsdale, AZ with his wife Andrea and their two sons, Indiana (9) and James (3).

Andrea Stalder
Broker/ Transaction Coordinator
Andrea has been a real estate broker in Arizona since 2018. She loves working alongside Joel building the brokerage they founded together.
Throughout her career in real estate, she has worked extensively as a transaction coordinator, gaining in-depth experience of real estate contracts, timelines, and all the details that are essential to a successful purchase or sale. She also has worked as an escrow officer, giving her valuable perspective and knowledge to ensure transactions run smoothly from start to finish. Her experience and attention to detail ensure Stalder Real Estate clients get the absolute best service and guidance throughout their transactions.
When Andrea and Joel aren't at the office or helping clients, they are likely at the baseball field watching their son Indiana play or running to keep up with their three-year-old son James. They love the life they've built in Scottsdale, and it is a joy to help clients in our community with their real estate needs.
